An account copier software tool developed by the Forex Tester software is a powerful tool that enables its users to repeat the successful bids of the professional traders by copying their account orders to their own. This has revolutionised the concept of selling and buying trading signals by developing a synchronised automated platform for the signal providers and their clients. Where the conventional manual method was complicated and slow for its users, this provides a flexible option to regulate the data flow, number of accounts synchronised, and a faster and more reliable method of copying data continuously 24 hours a day.
The account from which data is to be copied is called as the master whereas that to which it is copied to at the client side is called as slave. The signal provider terminal is attached to the master account and the expert advisor (EA) tracks the changes occurring in this account and generates appropriate signals corresponding to them. The signals generated at the signal provider terminal are received by the EA on the slave account side. The user has the flexibility of choosing what kind of data is to be tracked and recorded by the EA. Each MT 4 terminal must have only one signal provider or signal processor expert advisor. If one wants to copy data from more than one signal provider accounts, he should start more than one MT 4 terminals with signal provider expert advisor. If the client requirement is to copy from several master accounts to several slave accounts, such synchronisation capability can be provided by an account copier multi-license edition. This version allows its users to copy trade details from multiple providers to up to 10 processors.
There is no particular sequence in which the terminals must be launched. The user can activate EA for any terminal first, however it is preferred if the master side is launched prior to the slave side.
The software cannot be installed and run simultaneously on more than one computer. The software registered on one system cannot be installed in another. The IP address of the computer it is run from is recorded and any conflict can result in the blacklisting of the particular license key. The customer however has the right to move account copier to another computer if he no longer wishes to use it on the previous one. The company has a strict ‘One computer – One license’ policy.
